REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
1. General Provisions
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all reservations and rentals made through Beecar Rent A Car.
By making a reservation, the customer agrees to these terms.
2. Online Reservations
- Reservations made via the website are considered preliminary bookings
- The rental agreement becomes binding upon vehicle delivery and contract signing
- Vehicle availability is not guaranteed
3. Cancellation Terms
3.1 Direct Reservations (Beecar Website / Office)
- Cancellations made up to 24 hours before pickup → full refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup:
- Up to 1 rental day may be charged
3.2 No-Show
A reservation is considered No-Show if:
- The customer does not arrive at the agreed time
- Required documents are not provided
- Valid payment method is not presented
In such cases:
4. Third-Party Bookings
(Rentalcars, Discovercars, Klook, etc.)
- Refunds are subject to the terms of the respective platform
- Beecar:
- Does not process refunds directly
- Is not responsible for third-party payments
5. Early Return
- No refunds will be given for unused rental days after vehicle pickup
6. Insurance & Extras
6.1 Insurance Purchased at the Counter
- Becomes active at the start of rental
- Considered used
- Non-refundable
6.2 Third-Party Insurance
- Beecar does not guarantee or manage external insurance policies
- No responsibility is accepted
7. Security Deposit Refund
- Deposits are taken as pre-authorization (not charged)
- Released after rental if:
- No damage
- No additional charges
- Release time:
- Up to 7 business days (bank dependent)
8. Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds will be issued in the following cases:
- No-show
- Missing or invalid documents
- Invalid driver’s license
- Payment failure
- Violation of rental agreement
9. Force Majeure
Beecar is not responsible for:
- Flight delays/cancellations
- Weather conditions
- Government restrictions
These do not guarantee a refund.
10. Refund Method
- Refunds are made via the original payment method
- Cash payments:
- Refunded at office or via bank transfer
11. Right to Amend
Beecar reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice.
